1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

3. ESTIMATES, PRICING, AND SCOPE OF WORK

All estimates, quotes, and pricing information are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement signed by the Company.

Final charges may vary based on, including but not limited to:

  • Actual inventory, weight, or volume
  • Labor time and crew requirements
  • Access conditions (stairs, elevators, long carries, parking limitations)
  • Additional services requested or required

No oral statements, representations, or prior communications shall modify pricing or scope. Only written agreements executed by the Company shall be binding.


4. BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit may be required to secure a reservation.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing, scheduling constraints, and operational commitments.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service for non-payment
  • Require full or partial payment in advance
  • Suspend or cancel services if payment obligations are not met

All balances must be paid in accordance with agreed terms. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.


5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete inventory and service details
  • Disclose all fragile, high-value, oversized, or specialty items
  • Ensure safe and lawful access to all service locations
  • Obtain necessary permits or permissions (parking, building access, etc.)
  • Properly prepare items unless packing services are purchased

Failure to disclose relevant details may result in additional charges, delays, or refusal of service.


6. PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS

The Company will not transport or store:

  • Hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials
  • Illegal goods or contraband
  • Perishable items
  • Items restricted by federal, state, or local law

The Company reserves the right to refuse transport of any item deemed unsafe or prohibited.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or conditions beyond control
  • Damage to items packed or prepared by the customer
  • Pre-existing damage or inherent defects
  • Loss or damage caused by third parties
  • Force majeure events

Liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the minimum valuation required by applicable law unless additional valuation coverage is purchased.

In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or emotional distress.


8. VALUATION AND INSURANCE

Basic valuation protection may be provided as required by applicable law.

Additional valuation coverage must be purchased prior to service.

The Company is not an insurer. Customers are encouraged to obtain independent insurance coverage for high-value or irreplaceable items.


9. CLAIMS AND DAMAGE PROCEDURES

All claims for loss or damage must be submitted:

  • In writing
  • Within the timeframes required by applicable law

Failure to comply with claim procedures may result in denial.

The Company reserves the right to inspect alleged damages and request documentation.


10. STORAGE TERMS

If storage services are provided:

  • Storage is subject to availability and separate terms
  • The Company is not responsible for items left beyond agreed periods
  • Storage fees may accrue over time
  • The Company may exercise lien rights as permitted by law for unpaid balances

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SUBCONTRACTORS

The Company may engage subcontractors or third-party providers to perform services.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for the independent acts or omissions of such third parties.


12. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to Company policies.

Fees may apply based on timing and operational impact.

Deposits may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on notice provided.


13. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

21. INDEMNIFICATION
