Simply put, my experience with Pure Movers was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. We were doing a relatively short move for a 2BR size apartment, but our items were intermixed with our roommates so there was some complexity for the day of the move. We received our initial estimate via e-mail and then set-up a video appointment to walk through our apartment. Our sales rep was very communicative throughout the entire process and responsive to our inquiries / modifications.
The day of the move was very impressive! Sergy, the lead for the day, texted us in the morning to give us an advance notice of when and the rest of the team would arrive. What would have normally taken us a couple of weeks to do was completed in no more than 5 hours from door to door. Our items were packed and dropped off very well. I was especially happy to see that none of our larger items such as desks and drawers were left with any tape or sticky residue, a common problem in our past moves.
