I found Pure Movers by doing a search on Google. It’s been awhile since our last move and I thought the crew I hired that time did a good job. Well, Andy and his crew were MILES ahead of that crew!!! The care that they put into protecting our furniture was truly amazing! Every piece was painstakingly covered with blankets and then shrink wrapped. Wardrobe boxes were available to borrow for our clothes. They were on time (actually a little early) and worked quickly and efficiently. We have a pretty big office desk that requires disassembly to get in and out and they handled it perfectly. I can’t recommend Pure Movers enough, especially Andy and his crew!

I will add, once before I used Pure and it didn’t go so well on several fronts. When I communicated with Pure they took my concerns seriously and provided me with a suitable cost reduction. Often the measure of a company can be how they respond when things don’t meet expectations. The point is, I trust this company to stand by their commitment to their customer.
The next time I move I’m calling Pure, and if they book me with Andy and his crew I’ll be all the more happy.
