Wow, what a fantastic moving experience. These guys were on top of it from the first call I made to them. Alex was crystal clear with communication and the details of the initial estimate. A few days from my set moving date, I had a few things come up. Alex was more than accommodating and allowed me to change my moving date at no additional charge.

On moving day, communication was fantastic. Frank and crew showed up at my place ready to go. They were incredibly polite, efficient and careful with my things. Like most people, I had a few left over things that I didn’t know how to pack (or my brain had reached capacity with all of the sh*t). The guys were great about supplying an extra box or two and getting me over the finish line. The move cost exactly what Alex had estimated with the team working at full capacity. Everything made it to my new place in tact with no surprise charges – not to mention how competitive I found their fee to begin with.

I wouldn’t look any further. I’ve never had a better moving experience in my life. They should get extra points for being awesome people and not ripping people off just because we live in Los Angeles.

We used the team at Pure Movers off a friend’s recommendation and we’re so incredibly glad we did. Our packing was off-schedule thanks to unseasonable rains causing a leak in our old apartment and adding to the overall stress of moving, but the moment they arrived I felt very comfortable and put at ease by Rick and his team. It was a long day and the guys went above and beyond. They handled every hurdle with grace and ease and without complaint. I’ve used movers multiple times over the years and each time I use a different company because it’s never a good experience… But this time I KNOW I will be using Pure Moving for all my moves going forward.
