Not only did they navigate my cramped living space without a single dinged wall or scuffed railing, they completed the entire move in under 4 hours, all while the clock was ticking and the rain was pouring.

And speaking of rain, let’s talk about my carpets. Picture my horror as I envisioned muddy footprints traipsing across my freshly cleaned floors. But Alex, the superhero of moving, came to the rescue! They not only assured me they’d be careful, but they also went the extra mile and helped me lay down carpet shields to protect everything from muddy footprints. Talk about going above and beyond!

On top of all that, Alex’s rates were incredibly reasonable. So, if you’re looking for a stress-free moving experience with a crew that’s as kind to your belongings as they are to your carpets, Alex is your mover!

We employed Pure Movers in San Jose to move part of our home to an assisted living residence. Because they did such an excellent job, we thought that a review and comments were deserved.

We tried Pure because their ratings showed them the highest in the San Jose area and our conversations with them were thorough and helpful. A list of items important to us follows:
* Customer service were available immediately. They evaluated what was needed and scheduled the appropriate number of movers.
* They spelled out pricing, and the pricing was accurate.
* They checked to make sure that we were still ready to move as scheduled.
* 3 guys and a truck showed up on time
* The team packed everything and delivered to destination and unpacked and placed furniture where requested
* Team worked hard till all was complete and then took packing and boxes away
* From heaviest rolltop desk and large bedstead to the most delicate items, all were loaded and delivered without damage.
* Daniel’s team was courteous, efficient, and very careful of everything
* The team had a sense of humor, which helped on a tough day.
