Mark and his crew did a great job on my intracity move. They were on time and professional, dealing patiently with stairs and elevators. I highly recommend them and would use them again. Though I hope to not move again for a very long time…

We moved from Oakland to Los Angeles in March 2021. I chose Pure Moving after talking to three different companies with 5 stars. They were responsive, easy to work with and flexible as our moving needs had some extra parts.

We moved a one bedroom apartment, however I also had 50 boxes of liquor, which is really stressful to carry for most of the companies. They also needed to be picked from another location.

We had two people working with us that were early at the meeting location, picked the boxes incredibly quick, then we moved to our apartment. We packed our belongings ourselves so they were left with kitchen appliances and regular furniture including a 55″ TV, a Peloton bike. They wrapped, boxed everything with care and finished the packing 1.5 hours than we predicted.

It was a next day moving option and they only had our belongings in the truck, which was really important for us. We worked with the same main mover who met us at the LA location next day.

They unpacked everything in a few hours, putting together the bed frame, mattress, storage shelves, dining table, etc.

We only had a bulb broken on the way and later we discovered a cabinet stand broken. They were honestly no big deals but the company reimbursed them immediately and generously.

I would recommend Pure Moving Company and actually already referred to a couple friends.

Mark and team provided fantastic service! They were able to move our 2 bedroom apartment with no issues at all. And to top it off the team is incredibly friendly and they even provided me with some free boxes to help pack up my last minutes items. I highly recommend
