We had to schedule a move in middle of a pandemic. It was not an easy decision to make but we had to do it because the pandemic stretched over 9 months now and it seemed never ending. Life need to keep moving no matter. I contacted Pure Movers on yelp first and i received an immediate response for video quote. Video quote was simple via face time and I received a written quote with numbers and terms via email within the hour. Scheduling the move was very simple via a weblink the quote email.
On the day of the move, Paul and team showed up on time. They took safety precautions to limit Covid exposure. The move took longer than expected and there were a few hiccups along the way but the team as well the on-call customer service (Jack) were very helpful and accommodating. Once the move was done, I received a feedback call from Pure movers in a day or two to understand my experience with move. The company representatives were keen to listen and learn. It felt like a company that sincerely wants to do right by its customers. I would recommend Pure Movers to anyone, especially my friends and family.

The customer service was exceptional and I really appreciate Tim, Jack, Michael, Paul and team for being there on time and helping us with the move. Thanks a lot guys.
