I was going to write a negative review on this company but then I had learned the TRUTH. I had booked a moving service through Pure Moving Systems, LLC and not through this company which I originally thought when doing research and looking at THIS company’s positive reviews.

Upon reading some of the negatives that got placed on this company’s page, I learned that I was not the only victim of a horrible shady company that is trying to ruin the reputation of this company.

Now please keep in mind i have not used their services YET but I will tell you this, after talking with Frank, the General Manger, whom him and his staff have been so amazingly kind and reaching back out to me when I had called to let me know that I would like to talk to them due to seeing another post that Frank himself responded to three days prior, him and his staff made me feel cared about. I am not a customer but them showing compassion in my situation with the scam company really is truly unbelievable.

I plan to try to use this company to get my stuff back from this scam company that is slander their good name. Frank has been so kind and just by the way the company themselves called me back within a few hours to let me know that I was not forgotten that they got my message and I will get a call back and I actually got one was the best feeling ever.

IN SHORT, USE THIS COMPANY AND NOT PURE MOVING SYSTEMS, LLC

Had a great experience during the stressful move with Pure Moving! We had gotten a few quotes that were extremely high and also had huge delivery windows (1-2 weeks) that we could not really plan around. Our mover Tyler was great and drove straight up so we had everything the day after we arrived in our new home!

They were on time. They made multiple stops and they wore their masks while they moved us in. I would definitely recommend them.

Pure Moving Company went above and beyond to help with our move. They provided boxes and blankets and wrapped our furniture as well to keep it safe during the move. They even disassembled and reassembled furniture as needed.

This was my first time using a moving company. Pure moving company made the whole process less stressful, and the staff was really friendly. Definitely recommend!
