We moved 150 miles from a 3000 square foot house. My sales representative, Alexander, was excellent. I had lots of questions as we got close to the move date and he returned my calls within 5 minutes. On the move day, there were a couple minor issues. Alexander was there to help and solved all of the issues in the nicest possible way.

The movers arrived on time and packed our kitchen, lamps and pictures. The foreman, Egor, was helpful and easy to work with. The movers were nice guys. We moved an old barber chair and we didn’t realize that it still had hydraulic fluid. When we moved into the new house, it started leaking. The guys all helped to clean it up and make sure it was moved into the house without a mess. Nothing was damaged. No furniture was scratched. All boxes ended up in the right place. Egor and the movers were SO pleasant to work with on such a stressful day.

I would recommend that they take more notes on the initial walk through. We left while they were still packing to drive to the new house and there were some things that were supposed to be left with the house that got moved. They took care of that issue in a very satisfactory way.

Since we left early, Egor communicated with me along the way to give me status. He texted, called and sent pictures. Before they left on the move in day, Egor asked if there was anything he could help with. He even helped me arrange the furniture in the living room!

Had a great experience working with Pure moving for our move. Everyone was very professional and flexible. Really hardworking group. Polite, respectful and very skilled. You will not regret choosing them for moving your home.

Bolsun, Alan, Temirlan are great movers. They came early and got right to loading the truck. They also helped me pack the remaining items I wasn’t able to get to. They were personable and professional. I’d highly recommend them.
