We had a great experience with Pure Moving Company today! I contacted them on Yelp a little over a week ago and Nick was super friendly and responsive. They provided a lot of information up front and although they couldn’t schedule on our first choice day, we found a day that worked in the middle of the week, which ended up being cheaper (and gave us more time to pack).

Egor and his team showed up an hour after the appointed time, but he was communicative an hour beforehand and during the delay, which I appreciated. Once they arrived, we did an initial walkthrough and then signed the contract with the rate and start time. Egor was professional, friendly, and helpful. He was also able to assemble our bed in record time at the new place (it seemed like it took a total of 10 mins).

The street parking at the starting and destination addresses was tricky with very narrow streets but the driver was on top of his game and had no trouble navigating on either side of the move. It took them about 6 hours to load a 2 bedroom house, drive 30 mins, and then unload everything. I would highly recommend Pure Moving Company and would definitely use them again.

Mark, Mike, and team did a fantastic job! We moved within SF from Potrero Hill to Inner Sunset, 3 bd apt on both sides. It was a long day and they were super professional, friendly, patient, and had great attitudes. All our items arrived safely and unscathed. Will definitely use them again!
