I fully disclosed to the sales person what I needed to be moved and the logistics of our home and stairwells. I even sent multiple photos before booking.
The crew of three movers were inexperienced and not well-suited for the move I needed.
Additionally, they caused considerable damage to my home.
After working with the owner (Frank) to right some of their mistakes, he said to me that I had not been honest about the extent of the move that I had needed.
If you have a simple move, they might be good.
If you need seasoned professionals, I cannot recommend this company.

Alex K, Savr, and Zhenya were absolutely amazing! Packed up all my stuff in SF, loaded the truck and unloaded everything into the proper rooms in San Mateo in under 6 hours. They even installed an outdoor umbrella for me at my new place. Totally worth it!

Nice guys, efficient work, would recommend Pure to anyone looking for movers!
