Pure moving was ok. The main reason I chose them was that they moved my plants overnight from LA to SF. They also have a decent cash discount. Serge was my Forman and great. On time, efficient, and solid communication. From the initial quote after a video tour, there were no additional charges.

I packed a 4 bedroom and 2 bath house, so they only had to load and wrap my furniture. I didn’t take any major appliances. 4 guys show up around 9 am and the truck was loaded by 2 pm. There were a few stairs there and much more in SF. They unloaded the truck with 3 guys and it took them only 4 hours. They disassembled and assembled the large pieces of furniture. They do not mount anything. Some of the workers didn’t speak English, which is fine, but they weren’t able to read the labels on the boxes to know what room to drop off the boxes and filled up the dining room.

They wrapped my mirrors up and furniture, and nothing broke, but there’s always some dings and scratches. An LA guy thought I bought a mirror from Target, so he put it on the concrete sidewalk. Even if it was from Target, why not wrap it like the others? I asked him to wrap it and he said they would, but didn’t, and it was dropped off the next day unwrapped. So it was probably on the truck without any wrapping. The photo shows the worst part of the mirror, but there are scratches all around. My large monstera took a beating, even before it was even load. But those were the only two things that were upsetting.

They were unable to reassemble my sofa because half of the feet were missing. So I had to wait a couple days until someone showed up with them. That was also annoying.

The movers were on time and very professional. It made my move so much easier having their help throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an upcoming move!

We used Denny and his team at Pure Moving for an 11.5 hr move last Friday 04/29/22. They moved an entire 3BR/2BA with no damage to any of our belongings or either house; with 3-4 floor houses on either end and tight staircases. They were professional, cheery, on time, communicative, and checked in often. They took great care of our move, and of us as customers. Would recommend highly.

Great through service. Team was nice and took direction throughout. No complaining about how hard the job was and worked diligently both days (packing one day and moving the other). All items were well packed. Will definitely use them again!
