These are a good group of guys. Grateful for Tim, and all the guys that helped us with the move . The customer servive is responsive and the movers are kind, respectful, hard working and genuinely good people. I’m happy to have chose them. Thanks again guys! To be clear, I did pack and box everything myself and it did take all day for them to pack the truck. 10 hour job(1 br apartment)…Movers stayed until the job was done and anything they did lose was replaced or refunded. (Vanity mirror and 2 pieces of glass for side table.) Spoke to customer service and it was rectified immediately. 4 person job but they only sent 3. 1 organizer and two movers. One stays in the truck mostly. It’s a good system but would’ve been better with 4 guys always moving. After some time and doing more research I believe the service is pricey in comparison to most. Overall, my experience was good and it went way faster than if I had done it alone.

Mark and his crew were awesome. Ended up being a long day with all the stairs for three locations, but they had great energy, were friendly and very efficient and extra helpful. Really enjoyed working with them. Mark did a great job packing up my kitchen. Thank you thank you, thank you!!!

Mark and Paul are just awesome. They’re courteous, fast, efficient. I had a couple special request to move heavy item off a steep walkway. Highly recommended would definitely work with them again!

I’m moving from a studio to a one bedroom. I literally have a queen bed, couch, tv, tv stand, and clothes. The representative(Jack) said it would take three movers to move me and he quoted me a price as if four movers were going to move me. I called another company and they suggested two movers like any normal person and included all the packing, disassembly and reassembly fee of charge. Meanwhile Jack wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to pack up all clothes. Don’t use this company they will misquote your moving services.

Let me correct this the representative’s name was Jack. He said three movers needed to move me and told me I had to pay $209 cash or $219 credit for a minimum of three hours plus $39 and another $199 to package everything up. This is would be $865 or $895 to move my bed, couch, tv, tv stand, and clothes from my studio to my one bedroom. On your website 2 movers are $119 cash and $129 credit so Jack misquoted services to me. I will not remove this as this was my experience when I spoke to your representative.
