I had to set up a move at the last minute and Pure Moving was very responsive and helpful. Valentin and Vazha showed up right on time and did an awesome job of packing my things and making sure my furniture was well protected. This was especially important since several of the pieces were heavy antiques. They worked fast and effectively and we finished sooner than I thought was possible with no items missing or damaged. Would definitely use again!

Such a great experience! Isla and Mark knocked out my 1br apartment move in about 4 hours and absolutely crushed it. I could not believe the speed and care with which they performed some VERY heavy lifting. Super prepared, super professional, and everything went smoothly. Would recommend these guys to anyone in a heartbeat!

Worst moving experience in my life after 10+ moves. The moving team of three had only one person who seemed to know what they were doing. The others, as they wrapped and moved items, looked like it was their first time. All three were very slow – no hustle at all in comparison to watching other moving companies’ employees. The move took over twice as long as was estimated (10 hours for a move with only a half hour drive between places, for a small 2BR apartment), thus was more than twice the cost to us. They also broke two very sturdy pieces of furniture (a desk and a cat tree). The clincher was that, during a pandemic, I had to ask repeatedly for the movers to wear their masks appropriately. Wearing it on your chin or just over your mouth is not safe. Having our safety and our property both treated disrespectfully was unacceptable. The managers I followed up with was responsive and issued a full refund which we appreciated. Nevertheless I would absolutely recommend against hiring Pure Moving. There are too many other good companies out there who have a higher level of service.

We hired Pure movers based on their covid protocols when moving our apartment and we’re not disappointed! They showed up in masks and we’re careful with social distancing throughout the move. They were very efficient and able to pack up and move a 2 bedroom apartment in just a few hours. All the movers were careful with all of our furniture and boxes as well as carefully packing up any other loose items in our apartment. We will definitely use them again in our next move!
