Max, Vlad, and Anatoly did an excellent job with our move. They were polite, careful, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

Had some truck issues which delayed my move but waived the truck fee for it. Movers were very quick, even with the multiple flights of stairs w/ no elevator at my new apartment, and packed up a lot of loose items neatly (that I didn’t have time to pack into a box). Accommodating when I had to step out to pick up some extra hardware during the move. Also disassembled the big furniture and reassembled it for free, which was very helpful to move my big dining table and bed frame.

I was moving to one of the high rises in San Francisco, having to reserve the loading deck, the earliest available moving date was on a workday. So I decided to try using movers for the first time. Max’s crew arrived on time, exactly in the middle of the one hour arrival window. They loaded my stuff extremely fast, much faster than I could have done with my buddies. About 30 minutes end-to-end (from arrival to departure) from a house with a peculiar drive way, about studio-1bd worth of stuff, crew of 3. I packed my stuff myself in advance, except maybe for a few tricky items. Arrived right once our loading dock reservation started. Unloaded everything in about an hour, 45th floor. Much faster than I anticipated, and you know, usually people underestimate how long it takes. And, as a bonus, you get a truck at a very low price. My friends that moved themselves paid for the truck rental about a half of what I paid movers.

Bill and his team of 3 were amazing for our move in Oakland. They called before arriving, letting me know they were on their way. They were timely, efficient, friendly, and careful with our stuff. Moving is stressful so it was so appreciated that they took care of the moving so efficiently. Highly recommended (this was our second move with Pure).
