Bill and his team arrived within the promised time window and promptly set about loading the truck immediately. He was super polite and communicative throughout the process, as well as transparent when explaining the pricing breakdown.
The guys on the crew were all pretty meticulous about being careful with my stuff even though a fair amount of it isn’t fancy or delicate. They were also thorough about wrapping corners and edges on some of the more delicate furniture and older pieces.
They got all my stuff moved out of the house and unloaded at the destination in a surprisingly quick and efficient manner. Easily the smoothest part of the entire moving process.

They were really helpful for the move! I was worried about how long it would take with the amount of things I had but everything went smoothly and completed just around 3 hours! They were very upfront about any fees which were very helpful. Maksym and his team were very efficient!

Fantastic experience. We moved from a second floor apartment in San Francisco to north of the golden gate and Pure Moving made it so easy. They arrived 15 minutes early, were super polite and courteous, and had us moved into hour new home in less than 5 hours (including a 45 minute drive).
