Pure Moving Company was extremely easy to work with! They sent me a confirmation email after I booked their services to move my 1 bedroom apartment, confirmed the day before, and then AJ called me when he was about 20 minutes away on the day of the move. I hired 3 movers (AJ, Nick & Peter), and they worked tirelessly to pack up my apartment as efficiently as possible. They were extremely professional and careful with my belongings! They worked for over 3 hours before asking for a 10 minute break, which I appreciated. They also took a lunch break, and asked my permission beforehand. I found it respectful and of course wanted them to take a well deserved break. AJ and I were careful to make sure we were on the same page with the time they took for breaks so that didn’t count toward my hour total at the end of the day. Once all the moving was complete, AJ and I went through my charges one by one, calculated them and recalculated them just to make sure it was correct. There were no surprise fees or charges — it was exactly what I was expecting from their website and confirmation emails. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service I received, and would not hesitate to recommend them, as well as use them myself again! Thank you, Pure Movers!

My move couldn’t have been more pain-free and easy. JJ and Vlad arrived right on time (a novelty for movers if you’ve ever hired them before) and worked efficiently to get my very difficult move done as smoothly as possible – even getting very creative with angles through some tight spots in my apartment. Hopefully won’t be moving for a while, but when I do, I’ll be calling these guys again!
