Incredible service! We hired Pure Moving for a local area move. Starting with my initial contact I was impressed with the thorough consultation process. I explained my needs and they provided the perfect moving package. We opted for the full move and packing bundle. Not having to pack prior to the move was a huge stress relief. I called around to several different moving companies and ultimately decided on Pure Moving as their package options are competitively priced and their service offerings felt more comprehensive.

On move day the team arrived within their specified window and contacted me promptly before arrival. They got started right away ensuring my needs were met the entire time. The team was very careful with fragile items, carefully wrapping everything that could break during the move. They also took special care in moving our larger furniture to avoid damage to the furniture itself plus the walls and floors. Once we arrived at the final destination, the team moved all boxes and furniture into the specified rooms and offered to help unpack boxes (which was a huge benefit given most companies will only drop off items and setup disassembled furniture).

Elijah and his team treated our furniture and boxes with care when wrapping and packing and worked together to execute the pickup in a timely and efficient manner.

Egor and his team moved me from my apartment to a storage unit. They arrived right on time and we’re very courteous. The move went smoothly and all my furniture was properly wrapped up. I would be happy to use Egor again in the future.
