We loved using pure movers!! They were fast, easy and efficient. Amazing service. We were so happy we chose to use them for our move in venice, ca.

We moved from San Francisco to San Diego. Some furniture was dropped off in Paso Robles. The moving team (6 people) sent a text one hour before, providing an ETA. Alex was the supervisor when packing and loading in San Francisco. From the moment they arrived, they were very efficient. Alex took time to understand what would be delivered to Paso Robles vs San Diego and what they would be packing. He then organized the team to divide and conquer. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Alex and Victor did an excellent job of packing all items in our kitchen and pantry.

The truck was expertly packed by Alex. Items for San Diego were effectively separated by a wall of empty garment boxes to ensure that items for San Diego were not dropped off in Paso Robles.

The delivery in Paso Robles (my sister’s home) was done by Alex and Victor. When they were done, she called me with a raving 5 star review: professional, friendly, and very efficient. They unloaded into the garage and stored items very safely and efficiently using a minimal amount of space.

The delivery in San Diego was done by Mattis and one other. Once again, the team of 2 were very professional and quick. After unloading all the boxes and furniture, they setup our bed frame.

When looking for a moving company, I reached out to several for quotes. The PURE Moving Company quote process was the most efficient and the quote was the most detailed.

I requested a quote from PURE. An estimator had a video conference walkthrough. Later, they emailed a fixed rate cost quote with a detailed list of move items by room and a list of ares that they would pack. The list of move items was 100% accurate.

The PURE moving experience from requesting a quote to packing, loading, driving and unloading (at 2 stops) was 10 STARS. Unfortunately, they only allow a max of 5 stars.

Thank you to John and Tim in Customer Service, Alex(supervisor – packing, loading and unload at 1 stop), Victor, Mattis(supervisor – unloading at final stop), and four more on the packing and moving team for making this an easy move.

After we started unpacking, we noticed that 2 boxes were missing. I called customer service. Based in our experience so far, I feel confident that that will get this resolved…10 STARS.

These guys were amazing!!!! I have never had such an incredible experience with movers. I have moved over 10 times in my life and this was by far the best. They were extremely fast, professional, and polite. No breaks in all my glass. Everything was very well wrapped. I dont even think they took a lunch break and I did not hear one single complaint in the whole 12 hour move. Will DEFINITELY hire them again.
