They got the job done, and I am happy with the result. No damages, competent movers.
That said, they’re experts at extending a move. They took 6.5 hours @ $85/h to move within the community a medium sized 1 bedroom that was completely packed before arrival :|.
The move should have taken 4h tops, but they quoted me 7h – 9h when they showed up!! I said that was ridiculously long, and almost sent them packing.
My advice is to get a flat rate quote ahead of time, and once they know how long they have, they probably won’t jerk you around.
They did a wonderful job. They took great care of our things.
